  • Set up at least two direct debits for your main monthly or bi-monthly bills (electricity, gas, internet, landline or mobile phone) from your Openbank current account between 2 December 2024 and 28 February 2025 (both inclusive).

What are the terms and conditions for taking part?

  • You must be an individual over 18 years old and a resident in Spain.
  • You must be an Openbank customer and hold an active Openbank current account during the entire promotion period (until the date of receipt of the incentive).
  • Set up direct debits for at least two bills during the specified period.
  • If there are multiple account holders, the direct debits can be in any of their names, provided that such person meets all the conditions and the main holder joins the promotion.
  • Direct debits set up for bills during the promotion must be maintained as direct debits for at least 12 months from the date of which you meet the conditions (28 February 2026).

Payment of the incentive constitutes investment income in cash, subject to withholding tax at the current rate of 19%, which the Bank deducts from the corresponding customers, paying them the resulting net amount. Customers must declare the incentive received in the savings tax base of their personal income tax (IRPF) return. Customers are entitled to the deduction of the withholding tax applied.Find out more

Customers who have set up direct debits for bills at Openbank between 1 June 2024 and 1 December 2024, or who received any product or payment incentive for any direct debit promotion at Openbank in the five-year period leading up to 1 December 2024 (inclusive), are ineligible to take part in the promotion.
