How many security keys do you have and what are they used for?
You have 4 security keys to bank and carry out actions on the website and app:
1. Passcode: it is a 4-digit code used to log in to the Customer Area of the website and app. You choose it when setting up your account and you can change it whenever you want on the website or app.
2. Signature key: it is an 8-character alphanumeric code used to verify sensitive actions including changes to personal details. You can add an extra layer of security and decide whether the actions require a 2-step verification made up of the confirmation code (OTP) as well as the signature key. For security reasons, we will only ask for random digits, never the full signature key.
3. Confirmation code (OTP): it is a 4-character alphanumeric code sent to your trusted device when you want to transfer money to an external account, issue orders and take out or engage new products on the website and app. You will receive the code via a push notification if your mobile is registered as a trusted device; otherwise, you will receive the code via SMS.
4. 3D Secure Code (CES): it is a 4-digit code needed to verify your online purchases. When confirming the payment, you will be asked to enter a combination of the confirmation code (OTP) and your 3D Secure Code (CES).
