You must be an individual over 18 years old and a resident in Spain.
You must be resident in Spain with an address for correspondence purposes in the country.
You must be an Openbank customer and holder of an Openbank credit or debit card between 29 October 2024 and 2 December 2024 (both inclusive).
You must be the holder of an ‘active’ current account.

Please note that…

The receipt of the prize constitutes a capital gain in kind subject to tax payment on account at the rate of 19%, which will be applied by Openbank in accordance with the current tax regulations. This tax payment on account will not affect customers. Customers must declare the market value of the received prize, plus the tax payment on account not passed on, in the general tax base of their personal income tax (IRPF) return. They will also be entitled to deduct the payment on account in their income tax (IRPF) return. The applicable VAT will be accrued when the Black iPhone 16 Plus with 256 GB is delivered to the winner. However, Openbank will not charge the winners for this accrued VAT payment. Instead, it will be paid and effectively borne by Openbank. Winners who would like to receive the invoice for their prize may call Openbank on (+34) 91 177 33 10 or send an email to ayuda@openbank.es.
