  • You must be an individual over 18 years old and a resident in Spain.
  • You must be an Openbank customer and the holder of an Openbank card between 3 December 2024 and 7 January 2025 (inclusive).
  • You must be the holder of an ‘active’ current account.

The prize payment constitutes a capital gain in cash subject to tax according to current tax regulations. Winners must declare the amount of the prize received in the general tax base of their personal income tax return (IRPF).
